find parking and EV charging on a map and in lists;
save favourite parking lots and chargers;
view estimated parking occupancy and EV charger availability (estimates only, not official municipal data or a guarantee of a free space);
view personal parking statistics derived from your sessions (estimates only, including model-based “time saved” figures);
start and extend timed parking sessions at a selected location;
use a prepaid in-app wallet and top up balance via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where available).
We use PostHog product analytics in the app (enabled in official builds) to understand usage and improve the service. What is collected and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
Turn-by-turn navigation is opened in external apps (e.g. Google Maps); Park with me does not provide in-app step-by-step navigation.
2. Account and access
paid features require an account with a valid e-mail and a password you keep confidential;
before managing vehicles, topping up the wallet, or starting a paid parking session you must confirm your e-mail (link in the transactional message);
you must be at least 16 years old;
one account per person - do not share login credentials.
3. Wallet and payments
wallet top-ups are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where available); card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers;
when wallet billing is enabled on the service, parking fees are debited from your wallet when you start a session and on each extension; ending a session does not charge again. If wallet billing is not enabled, sessions may be recorded without debiting your balance;
if wallet balance is insufficient, the session does not start or extend (the app shows an insufficient-balance notice);
the card graphic on the pay screen is illustrative; parking is paid from the wallet;
for incorrect charges, duplicate top-ups, or unused wallet balance, contact us at the e-mail above; we handle each request under this contract and applicable consumer law;
we may restrict or suspend the wallet or account on suspected fraud, API abuse, or payment chargebacks.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
scrape or automate the API or bypass security controls;
access other users’ data;
enter false licence plates or commit other fraud;
use the service unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
The Park with me app, brand, and original content are protected. Map data is licensed under OpenStreetMap and Stadia Maps terms; you respect attributions shown in the app.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. We are not liable for:
parking fines, vehicle removal, or other consequences of parking on public space;
inaccurate occupancy estimates, map data, EV availability information, or personal statistics;
outages of third-party providers (Stripe, hosting, maps, e-mail).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. intent or death or bodily injury where the law so requires).
Mandatory consumer rights under EU/EEA law remain unaffected.
7. Duration and termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. For consumers resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory rules of your country of residence apply where they cannot be waived.
